It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas James Mihalik (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jamie. He is survived by: his children, Thomas and Travis; the mother of his children Alison Gray; his mother Cathie; his sisters, Candice (Marty) and Jennifer (Chris); and his nieces and nephews, Malyna, Grayson, Brianna, Kylie and Lucas. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

A Funeral Service and Celebration of Life will take place at a later date when COVID restrictions loosen.
