It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas McGreachan Jack (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jack and Barbara Jack. He is survived by: his wife Katrina (Tina); his children, Kristina Rodgers (James Rodgers), Craig Jack (Chantal Jack) and Amy Jack; his grandchildren, Callum, Cameron, Cian, Ceilidh, Connor, Taya, Emma, Jackson and Caeden; and his caregiver Tom.
