Tony Ashworth Obituary

The passing of Tony Ashworth (Kingston, Ontario), born in Montréal, Québec leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 18, 2025 at the age of 89. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Tony may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He is survived by: his wife Lynne Mowry of London, Ontario.; his daughters, Cynthia (Rafe Evans), Katharine (Michael Cochrane) and Elizabeth (Shawn McClenny); his grandchildren, Ellicott, Ethan, Philippa Ashworth Cochrane, Grant and Thomas McClenny; and his close friend Nancy Legacey.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cataraqui Golf and Country Club (32 Country Club Dr, Kingston, ON K7L4V6).
