He was predeceased by: his sister Tina. He is survived by: his parents, Terry Millar and Barbara Millar; his children, Sirius and Phoenix; his sister Chrystal; his sibling's children, Amara and Acacia; and the mother of his children Heather.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wartman Funeral Home "kingston Chapel" (980 Collins Bay Rd, Kingston, ON K7M5H2).
A celebration of Troy's life will take place at Wartman Funeral Home - Kingston Chapel on Friday March 6, 2026 1pm-3pm, Donations in Troy's memory can be made to Nature Conservancy of Canada natureconservancy.ca.
