He is survived by: his wife Karen (Treadgold); his children, Christopher (Mallory), Brandon (Katie), Kyle (Kasey) and Matthew; his granddaughters, Paisley and Adelaine; his mother Carol Fairbanks; his brothers, Ryan Fairbanks and Ken; his sister-in-law Alison Treadgold; his nieces, Brandy and Hailey; and his nephew Justin.
