He is survived by: his wife Grace; his sons, Christopher (Virgilia) and Jason; his grandchildren, Jackson and Evelyn; his sister Bonnie Smith (Peter); and his nephews, Aaron (Janice) and Derek (Lisa).
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:50 PM and from 1:45 PM to 3:00 PM at the James Reid Funeral Home, Cremation and Reception Centre (1900 John Counter Blvd, Kingston, ON K7M7H3). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Garden (2700 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M1M5).
