He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; and his siblings, Alfred, Joan and Charlotte. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Benevides (John) of Kingston and Denise Brushey (Herbert) of Harrowsmith; his grandchildren, Megan (Mathew), Corey, Martina and Amanda; his great grandchild Sofia; and his siblings, Lorraine Woods (late Edward) of Sydenham, Joyce Teal (Carmen) of Sharbot Lake, Joseph Hickey (Keitha) of Godfrey and Grace Fitzgerald (Wayne) of Kingston.

Donations in Wilfred's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society would be welcomed by his family.
