We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2023, at the age of 94, William Bernard Prosser (Kingston, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Prosser and Blanche Prosser; and his spouse Anatolia "Tola". He is survived by: his nephew Gary Mabee (Bev); and his nieces, Lynn Ross (Stewart), Susan Thompson (Wayne) and Allison Desilet (Mario).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of choice.
