He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughters, MacKayla (Shane), Melissa (Megan) and Enoch William; his mother Doris Murphy; his sisters, Brenda (Sam), Christine and Karen (Andy); his mother-in-law Doreen Blasko; and his siblings-in-law, Kim, Brian (Karen), Greg (Roxane) and Brent. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
