He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Regan. He is survived by: his children, Richard "Rick" (Patty), Stuart and Karen (Randy Zurin); his grandchildren, Shannon, Julia, William and Kevin; and his siblings, Edward (Ted) and Ann. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada in Bill's memory.
