He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Rizzo and Violet Rizzo; and his brother Michael Rizzo. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Dian (Beettam); his child Nicol Lynn Milligan; his grandchild Jayden Murphy; his sister Barbara Anne Donohue (Willie); and his cousins, Tom Beckingham (Mary), Toni Rizzo and Terry Rizzo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins.
In Bill's memory donations may be made to Kingston Alliance Church, Kingston Blind Bowlers, Kingston Blind Curlers and the Canadian Council of the Blind.
