She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Kempenaar; her son Henry (Wanda); her brothers, Cesar, Ben (Carla) and Pete (Donna); her siblings-in-law, William (late Liza), Piebe (late Theda) and John (Ann); and her parents, Henry Miedema and Frances Miedema.
She is survived by: her children, Francina, Trena (Mike), Stuart (Deb) and Pauline French (William); her grandchildren, Mike (Sam), Nikki (Andrew), Taryn, Ilyse (Alex), Paul (Jessica), Brady, Brian (Emily), Claire, Emily and David (Adalia); her great grandchildren, Dylan, Damien, Olivia, Charly, Jacob, Carter, Londyn, Skyler, Peyton, Rhylan and Miriam; her great great grandchild Ryder; and her siblings-in-law, Dini, Henny (late Bill) and Gary (Sandra). She is also survived by her many relatives and friends.
