He was predeceased by : his nephew Sam Kuris (Shelly). He is survived by : his wife Mary Kukucka; his son Andy Kukucka; his granddaughter Samantha Kukucka; his sister Susan Fex (Mark); his niece Susan Turner (Mark); and also Serbia.
