She was predeceased by: her husband James "Mac" Merritt; and her parents, Ernest Shaw and Hazel Shaw. She is survived by: her children, Terry (Linda) and Marie Corrine Noel; her granddaughters, Rebecca and Rachel; her great grandchildren, Bradley and Jorden; and her siblings, Gloria Caza (late Art), Yvonne Shires (late Charlie), Verna Bullee, Mona Pearce (Gerald), Darlene Hickmott (late Ken) and Rodney Shaw (late Anne). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins.
