He was predeceased by: his brother George. He is survived by: his wife Mary (McQuoid); his daughters, Debbie Dowson (Brian) and Susanne Murchison (Mark); his grandchildren, Chelsea (Ryan), Mackenzie (Emmett), Sydney (Ryan) and Angus (Bridie); his mother Grace; and his siblings, Robert, Mike and Betty.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Oak Ridges Hospice of Durham.
