Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Fay leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her husband Damien Lachapelle. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Lachapelle (Turcotte), Angela Lachapelle (Kim Wakeford) and Tracy McCartney (Joel); her sister Sandy Bieber; and her grandchildren, Daina, Bobby, Shawn, Robbie, Jerrid, Jessie, Damien, Morgan and Liam. She is also survived by great-grandmother to her twelve adorable great grand children.
