Harry Jones Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harry Jones (Kirkland Lake, Ontario), who passed away on January 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Horatio Jones and Dorothy Jones; and his brothers, Jack and Fred Jones. He is survived by: his significant other Verna Jones; his children, Debbie, Patti, Mark (LeeAnn), Colin (Sandy), David (Christine) and Sherry (Dave); his grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Leanna, Christian, Justin, Travis, Dylan, Eve, Luke, Kirsten, Mike, Kyle, Emily, Evan, Erik, Gavin, Ethan, Kiara and Jayden; his great grandchildren, Marissa, Kaitlyn, Elizabeth, Brandon, Taylor, Kohen, Mia, Cléa, Téo, Reeve, Sophia, Bentley, Danika and Maria; and his sister May Seguin.

Viewing was held on Friday, January 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Temiskaming Funeral Cooperative. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and the Breast Cancer Society in memory of Harry and his beloved wife, Verna, whose strength and love will continue to inspire all who knew them.
