He was predeceased by: his parents, Akseli and Eva; and his sister Helen. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Cindy, Wanda, Eric (Ingrid) and Aaron (Sandra); and his grandchildren, Kaitlan, Kayla and Elsi.
Donations in memory of Helge can be made to the Salvation Army (P.O. Box 424, Kirkland Lake, ON P2N 3L1), an organization he has so highly respected, valued and supported throughout his adult life.
