He was predeceased by: his siblings, Arthur and Doreen Cormier; and his parents, Art Bale and Lila Bale. He is survived by: his significant other Annice; his children, Debbie Raiskums (Olaf), Robert Bale (Robin), Sherie Travers (Quinn), Creig Bale (Jayne) and Jacquie Pece (Danny); and his stepchildren, Brenda Jenings (Dennis), Nancy Loach-Fougere (Brian) and Tom Loach (Lynn). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
