David William Nesbit Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David William Nesbit (Kirkton, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 8, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Anne Buchanan. He is survived by: his wife Gladys (Reid); his children, Phyllis Chisholm (Ross) and Russell Nesbit (Lori); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Brett (Tanya), Nicole (Simon), Rachel (Andy), Melissa (Jake), Scott and Evan; his siblings, Alice Moore (Robert), Mary Buchanan (Ron), John Nesbit (Ann) and Robert Nesbit (Kim); and his in-laws, Evelyn Bradley and Marion Robb. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home (47 Wellington St S, St. Marys, ON N4X1B2). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kirkton-Woodham Community Centre (70497 Rd 164, Kirkton, ON N0K1K0).
