He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonso Meza (Rosa Isabel Castro) and Alberto; and his brother Alfonso Meza (Luz Maria Capuñay). He is survived by: his wife Maricarmen; his children, Jennifer Meza, Rosemary Meza, Carlos Meza (Jennifer), Ana Sofia Rojas (Sophie) and Jami Guenther; his grandchildren, Kayla Hurlburt, Blake Hurlburt, Mariah Hurlburt, Milena Meza, Lola Barrett, Elijah Taylor Meza, Olivia Miller Meza, Linden Meza and Lucia Meza; his great grandchildren, Jeremiah Cleghorn Meza and Annalaya Barrett; and his siblings, Isabel Rodriguez (Antonio), Carmen Gosselin (John) and Doris Lee (William).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (85 Strange St, Kitchener, ON N2G1R4).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to Canadian Friends of ANIQUEM (CAFA), the Asociación de Mujeres Peruanas en Ontario (AMPO), or the Patronato de las Artes del Perú en Canadá.
