We are sad to announce that, on November 19, 2019, at the age of 96, Alta Zlak (Kitchener, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Walter. She is survived by: her children, Donna Moore (Don) and Randy Zlak (Gerri); her grandchildren, Graham Moore (Becky), Miranda Moore, Matthew Zlak (Erin) and Andrew Zlak (Andrea); and her great grandchildren, Hannah Moore, Owen Moore, Harper Zlak and Emmett Zlak.

Cremation has taken place, as expressions of sympathy donations to the KW Humane Society or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation are greatly appreciated.
