With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Angela Katic (Kitchener, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Grgo; and her parents, Ilija Bekavac and Iva Bekavac. She is survived by: her children, Anna (Gavin), Ivan (Stacey), Eva (John) and Greg; and her siblings, Ante, Juko, Kiko, Tadija, Rosa, Marija, Iko and Regina.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Croatian Roman Catholic Parish (180 Schweitzer St, Kitchener, ON N2K2R5). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Woodland Cemetery (119 Arlington Blvd, Kitchener, ON N2A2G8).
