She was predeceased by: her husband Larry; her parents, Anton and Katherina; her siblings, Joe (Rose), Tony (Ruth), Frank, Gary and Theresa (Konrad Specht); and her nephew Ronald Ill.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Krigner (Brian), Debbie Hofheinz (John) and Larry Hofheinz (Karen); her grandchildren, Brian Krigner (Michelle) and Kyle Krigner (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Zachary, Kali, Leah, Nolan, Kaylie and Keanna; her brother Stephen Ill (Barb); her sisters-in-law, Cindy Ill and Maryanne Ill; and her caregiver Christina (Tina). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 8:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mark Roman Catholic Parish (55 Driftwood Dr, Kitchener, ON N2N3A2). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (119 Arlington Blvd, Kitchener, ON N2A2G8). A reception will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 12:45 PM at the St. Mark Roman Catholic Parish (55 Driftwood Dr, Kitchener, ON N2N3A2).
