She was predeceased by: her parents, John MacDonald and Joan MacDonald. She is survived by: her children, Andrew (Michelle), Natalie (Michael), Mark (Sam) and Evan; her grandchildren, Parker and Brady; and her siblings, Nick (Lindsay), Brian (Laura), Linda (Paul), Tom, Gord (Victoria) and Mary-Beth (Kevin). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In honoring Anne, the family suggests donations to the Hospice Waterloo Region in lieu of flowers.
