He was predeceased by: his spouse Bep; his parents, Hendricus and Akke; and his siblings, Anna and Jan.
He is survived by: his children, Hendricus Remi Fernhout (Katie), Martha Heidi Fernhout and Timothy Paul Fernhout (Marshella); his grandchildren, Luke, Titus, Madison, Autumn, Evangeline, Antoinette, Thomas, Emmanuelle and Anneliesse; and his siblings, Cobie, Rikie and Koos.
