He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carole Dawson; his children, Kissandra Boia (John Boia), Mark Dawson (Kimmy Robichaud), Matthew Dawson, Justin Hynes (Leigh-Ann Heimpel) and Samantha Hynes (Pulkit Bhalla); his parents, Berleen Hynes and Ellison Hynes; his siblings, Ernest Hynes (Judy), Sterling Hynes (Linda), Bonnita Hynes and Scott Hynes (Natasha); and his pets, Rusty and Luna. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, extended family.
