She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Haid and Sylvester Haid; and her brothers, George Haid and Charles Haid. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Deanna Showers (Shawn) and Darrin Debrusk (Wendy Massarotto); her grandchildren, Alexia, Mitchell, Tyler, Dalton, Austin and Macy; her great grandchildren, Luna, Milo, Easton, Zoey and Jude; her sister Marjorie Brezina; and her family Bernie. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anthony Daniel R. C. Church (29 Midland Dr, Kitchener, ON N2A2A9). A reception will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Lisaard House in Cambridge would be greatly appreciated.
