He is survived by: his wife Helen McNeil; his children, Blair Jr., Jessica Dawn (Myles), Aaron and Michelle (Donavan); his grandchildren, Madalyn, Blake, Alyssa, Alora, Lynden and Malachi; and his brothers, Allie (Bonnie), Tony and Paul. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
