He was predeceased by: his brother Stjepan (Ljubica). He is survived by: his wife Stefanie; his sons, Robert and Roland (Mary); his sibling Tonček (late Marica) of Croatia; his sister-in-law Rose Vranes (Ivan); his nieces and nephews, Kristina, Christopher, Steven, Kathy, Elizabeth, Darko, Davor and Lidija; and his caregiver ParaMed.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Croatian Church (180 Schweitzer St, Kitchener, ON N2K2R5). A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (119 Arlington Blvd, Kitchener, ON N2A2G8).
