Christopher Edward Austen Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on October 16, 2025, Christopher Edward Austen (Kitchener, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Christopher shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Christopher farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Austen; his parents, Ted Austen and Beatrice Austen; his in-laws, William and Lillian Campbell; and his sister Linda Thompson (Jim).

He is survived by: his daughter Diana Steffler; his grandson Darius; his sister Sandra Gillett; and his brother-in-law David Campbell (Wendy).
