He was predeceased by : his parents, John Henry and Elizabeth; his daughter Susan; his siblings, Mary, Kathleen, Ruth, George, Jack, Anson, Jerry and Bobby; and the mothers of children, Gail and Colleen.

He is survived by : his children, Tim McGee (Patricia), Kelly Champagne (David), D'Arcy McGee (Bobby) and Melissa McGee (Matt); his stepchild Karian Guimond (Rich); his grandchildren, Matthew, Gregory, Mandy Lyn, Joseph, Michael, Brittney, Janessa, Krystal, Annie and Keegan; his stepgrandchildren, Kane and Ivy; and his siblings, Lawrence (Levine) and Edith Chapman (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
