Dave Schmidt Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dave Schmidt of Kitchener, Ontario, who passed away on January 30, 2026, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Dave leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Dave may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Schmidt and Frederick Schmidt; and his brother Fred. He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his daughters, Catherine Anderson (Brent) and Melissa Robbins (Matt); and his grandchildren, Lily, Emily Anderson, Blake and Everlee Robbins.
