He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline and Henry; and his sister Dianne (Jack). He is survived by: his siblings, Suzanne (Ralph), Rosemarie (late Larry) and Kenneth (Jan); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Jonathan (Kathy), Shannon (Chris), Matthew (Nicki), Kayla, Joshua, Jeremy and Emily; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan, Ella, Violet, Arthur, Thomas, Leena and Everly.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bridgeport Cemetery (76 Bloomingdale Rd, Kitchener, ON N2K1H7).
