He was predeceased by: his parents, Melbourne and Erla; and his siblings, Terry, Bonnie and Darlene.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Michael (Kate) and Ryan (Joelle); his stepchildren, Kendra (Sean), Keri (Brian) and Jeremy (Carey); and his grandchildren, Mia, Logan, Aria, Greyson, Owen, Gio, Kenzie, Kambel, Cade, Liv, Liam, Ethan, Kennedy and Grayson.
