We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2025, at the age of 82, Desmond Wilson Rice (Kitchener, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Karen (Mike); and his siblings, Steadman (late Phyllis), Georgina (late Fred), Boyce, Phyllis and George.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Justin and Gary Rice (Cathy); his grandchildren, Evan, Cody, Alexis, Elliot, Emma, Teddy and Olivia; his siblings, Wilfred (Diane), Jurd (Mary), Don (Mary), Blanche (late Don), Nina (late Mike), Paul (late Brenda), Pauline, Ralph (Dianne) and Maxine; his siblings-in-law, Tina, Dana (late Wayne) and Craig (Kathy); and his parents-in-law, Jackie and Ken Barnes. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family.
