He is survived by: his son Will (Alicia); his spouse Jamey; his stepchild DJ Schroder; his father Ken MacDonald; his grandmother Ruth Nielsen; his siblings, Tanya, Debbie, Doug and Heather; his aunt Nancy; his uncle Dave Inglehart; and his friends, Chris and Lori Moser.
