He is survived by: his spouse Beverley Kennedy; his children, Douglas Kennedy Jr. (Izumi) and Katharine Campbell (Gary); his grandchildren, Lisa Campbell-Hodgins (Ben) and Kyle Campbell; his great grandchildren, Gwendolyn and Brayden; and his sister Sheila McDermott (late Stanley). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
