As we bid adieu to Edith's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Edith has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Erich; her son Colin Hillstrom (Maren); her grandchildren, Alexander (Nicole), Stefon and Dominnik Leuschner (Sarah); and her great grandchildren, Stella and Adalynn.
A reception was held on Monday, February 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Edith's Home (2705 Kingsway Dr #42, Kitchener, ON N2C2J8).
