It is with sadness that the passing of Edward Carl Gole (Kitchener, Ontario) is shared. Edward, born on August 13, 1943, passed away on October 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lyle Gole (Betty), Lois Privatt (Leroy), Norma Mueller (John), Ina Prior (Don), Betty Oakley (Robert) and Janet Martin (Harley); and his parents, Carl Gole and Myrtle Gole (Prong).
He is survived by: his significant other Miriam Gole (Egerdee); his sons, Ronald Gole (Christine) and David Gole (Kim); his grandchildren, Samuel Dmitruk (Ally), Davin Dmitruk-Cook, Emma Lynne Dmitruk-Gole, Brant and Braiden Gole; his great grandchild Benjamin Dmitruk; and his siblings, Linda Gole Klein (late Ron), Judy (Gole) and Strathearn (Terry).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at the Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre (1001 Ottawa St S, Kitchener, ON N2E2X5). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations would be appreciated to the Kitchener Waterloo Humane Society, 250 Riverbend Dr., Kitchener, ON N2B 2E9, or to the Alzheimer Society of Waterloo Wellington, 116 - 82 Wilson Ave., Kitchener, ON N2C 1G5.
