He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ann; his children, Carrie-Anne Hunter and Corey Schmidt; his grandchildren, Joshua Hunter (Jessica), Megan Schmidt, Nicolaus Schmidt and Hailey Schmidt; his great grandchildren, Arya, Paxton Hunter and Amelia Schulz; and his siblings, Beverley Gordanier, Anna Warden, Louis Schmidt and Fred Schmidt.
