She was predeceased by : her husband James Fischer (Jim); her parents, James Scanlan and MaryAnn Schefter; and her siblings, James Edward, Bertram, Wilfrid, Joseph and Rosemary Pitcher.

She is survived by : her son Chris Fischer. She is also survived by extended family members, nieces and nephews.
