She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvy Boyt and Nellie Boyt; her siblings, Marjorie and Stanley; and her daughter Linda.
She is survived by: her sibling Jean Asher (Allan); and her stepsons, Michael and Robert Berlet (Karen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church (322 East Ave, Kitchener, ON N2H1Z5). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, February 20th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, February 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Williamsburg Cemetery (1541 Fischer-Hallman Rd, Kitchener, ON N2R1P6).
