Ella Friesen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ella Friesen (Kitchener, Ontario), who passed away on January 14, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Peter; her parents, Peter Pankratz and Eliese Pankratz; her siblings, Elsie, Lily, Erika and Nick; and her sister-in-law Sue.
She is survived by: her children, David (Barb) of Ottawa, Deanna Wiebe (Larry) of Clovis, California and Michelle Browne (David) of Lantana, Texas.; her grandchildren, Sonya (Alex), Alexander (Caitlyn), Brian (Christy), Doug (Eithne), Kyle, Jonathan and Kirsten; her great grandchildren, Madison, Miles, Alyssa, Clayton and Holden; and her sister Anita Rempel (Len) of Kitchener. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
