It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Stanhope Ceres (Kitchener, Ontario), who passed away on April 14, 2026, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Ceres and Constance Edna Ceres; his siblings, Lorris Ceres, Kenrick Ceres and Yvonne Moore; and his son Rudyard "Junior" Ceres.
He is survived by: his extended family Lois Lambert; his brothers, Rudyard Ceres and Maurice Hicks; his children, Nicola Barrington, Ianthe Ceres, Harold Lutchman, Keevin Killikelly, Rae Ceres, Kurt Ceres and Darwin Ceres; his grandchildren, Frankii Stoute, Rawle Stoute, Rashidi Ceres, Darwin Lutchman, Frankessa Stoute, Keon Ching'anda, Trinity Shadd-Ceres, Caleb Ceres, Jeremiah Shadd-Ceres, Greysen Stewart, Daniel Lutchman and Mariah Lutchman; and his great grandchildren, Kerion Stoute, Jariah Stoute and Serenity Stoute. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and many other beloved family members and close friends.
