He was predeceased by: his parents, Norm and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Chris Eden (Devin Yantzi) and Amanda White (Harold); his grandchildren, Robin and Joey; and his siblings, Shirley Miller (Wayne), Marg Cooper (Paul) and Paul Eden (Jo Simpson).

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Lisaard House would be appreciated by the family.

“Gord will always be remembered as a kind ,inclusive colleague at GA Masonry . As working with Gord on the Trucking side and in the yard ,fond anecdotes come to mind . When not back yet Gord would chat up my wife Zofia ,as she would call on my whereabouts . Gord was ever Friendly ! Zofia and I are saddened and mindfull of Gord and his Loved wife Nancy and children and how fortunate ...Grandchildren ! RIP!”
