She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Maria Dziubek and Frank Dziubek; and her sister Bogda. She is survived by: her significant other Curtis Siebert; her daughter Rachel Hamelin; and her sisters, Danusia Blythe and Urzula Coolen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
