He was predeceased by: his parents, Ricardo Sunga and Augusta Sunga; and his siblings, Ricardo Jr. Sunga and Teresa. He is survived by: his wife Zenaida Sunga; his daughters, Catherine Sunga, Christina Sunga (Alexander Ramirez) and Caroline Sunga (Douglas Sanchez); his grandchildren, Phoenix Sunga-Doucet, Vincent Sunga-Angel, Jaylen and Lincoln Sunga-Sanchez; and his siblings, Fe Corazon Sunga, Imelda Sunga Miller (late Edward) and Gloria Sunga Mann (Richard).
