Hilda (Bilitz) Wendland Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hilda (Bilitz) Wendland (Kitchener, Ontario), who passed away on July 13, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gustav (Anita) and Lydia. She is survived by: her husband Walter Wendland; her sibling Ewald (Erika); her sibling's children, Marianne (Geoffrey) and Peter (Cheri); and her great-nieces, Isabella, Gabriella and Elena.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Parkview Cemetery (335 University Ave E, Waterloo, ON N2K4P4).
