She is survived by: her children, Lucyna Mattice (Gerry) and Beata Bordman (Terry); her grandchildren, Garrett, Tabitha, Shanna Mattice, Fallon, Jade and Brooke Bordman; and her great grandchildren, Odin, Abigail and Penelope.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Parkinson's Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
